Entrotec vandal resistant door entry systems are specified by many Local Authorities throughout the UK
Entrotec designs and manufactures equipment. We do not install. This enables Entrotec to do what we do best without compromising our installers and without conflict within our own organisation. Sales and Technical Support is available at all our regional offices throughout the UK as well as a dedicated Technical Team based at our Head Office in Livingston.

We have a UK wide sales team and we also have a network of approved specialist door entry installers who have all been trained extensively by us.
Manufacturer's Commissioning
Manufacturer's Commissioning provides you with an assurance that the installation has been carried out correctly and that the system has been set up to provide long and trouble free service. It highlights and rectifies any discrepancies from manufacturer's requirements that may have been introduced during the installation, and can also give you peace of mind for the first year of operation when you include the One Year's Defects Cover into your maintenance plan.
Manufacturer's Warranty
Entrotec Door Entry Systems are renowned for their reliability and have a 2 year warranty on all Entrotec manufactured products as standard.
This warranty can be extended up to Lifetime if you have had the system installed by an Entrotec Approved Installer, undertaken Manufacturer's Commissioning and arranged an ongoing Scheduled Maintenance Plan approved by Entrotec.
