Production Assistant (Part Time) (Closing Date 12th December)

The Role
Working in the production department reporting to the production manager, the production assistant will process orders from the quote process into production, scheduling orders through the use of our internal ERP system. The post holder will require high levels of accuracy, flexibility and good interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Entering sales orders into ERP system.
• Amending sales orders.
• Issuing material to production orders.
• Creation of production orders. (Customer Support)
• Receiving and booking in production orders.
• Creating dispatch orders
• Expediting customer order requirements to production and shipping.
• Administration and filing of sales and works orders.
• Holiday cover etc. for reception.

Essential Deliverables

• High attention to detail.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Good understanding of Microsoft packages
• Flexible approach to key responsibilities.


• Previous experience in sales / production environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.

Sales CO-ordinator (Closing Date 12th December) 

Due to exponential growth we are looking for new team members for our highly successful sales department. The post-holder 'Sales co-ordinator' will be responsible along with dedicated External Sales Person for meeting quarterly and annual sales targets by responding to all in-coming administrative and technical sales enquiries to the sales department, for their region. Preparing quotations, converting quotes and co-ordinating all details relating to the client requirements. Pro-active sales activity will need to be conducted and logged with client management system.

As this is a technical sale, ongoing and full induction training will be provided. Someone with a experience or an understanding in engineering, contracting or electronic solution estimating or sales would be well positioned to apply for this role.
