Economy Range - The ECON System
The ECON is our Entry Level functional door entry system. It is available in 6, 12, 18, 24 & 30 ways and uses the EA2 handset.
This system offers all the features required for a basic door entry system, but does not have isolation of speech or electronic call tone provided in our other low rise systems.
The ECON is frequently used for systems where low cost is the main purchasing driver.
ECON System Features
Design Council approved handset
- EA2 telephone handset with large soft touch lock release button, latching privacy switch with red LED and green Door Open LED, piezo sounder call tone.
Door Entry controller is housed in sheet steel enclosure and pre-wired for 6,12,18,24 or 30 way system
- Regulated power supply with LED indication of 6V and 12V outputs
- Facility for AC or DC lock releases with fail safe or fail secure option
- Option for seven day automatic BST/GMT timeclock for Trades facility
- Option for pre wired MCB for easy mains power isolation
Token access readers can be fitted and wired into door panels, and the controllers can be mounted and wired in the cabinet with the door entry controller and power supply.
