If our customer support engineers cannot initially resolve any technical issues you are experiencing, and it is deemed there could be a fault with the product we offer a repairs service for Entrotec manufactured products which are either still covered or out with our 2 year warranty period.

Details of our repairs pricing structure can be found below. Each repair includes a detailed test report and is provided with a 3 month warranty as standard.
