Pre Site Visits & Consultancy
Security technology may appear similar, systems may look much the same and in essence most access systems work in the same way. The difference between a successful security measure and a troublesome system lies in the application of the technology, the design of the system and in the quality of the technical and support services you receive.
Entrotec will make representation available on request for a site inspection prior to any installation work starting. The Entrotec advisor will advise the installer of the cabling and commissioning requirements. Recommendations for the siting of equipment can be discussed and cabling schematics and site specific drawings can be provided.
We can help you determine what is required for functionality, performance and price.
Quotations
Quotations are produced on our company-wide computer system directly from our discussions with you to determine what equipment is required. The quotation gives an easy to understand breakdown of all the parts required. Your quotation is split into individual block groups with their own sub totals. We will email you your quotation to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.
Manufacturers Commissioning
To ensure your project installation is successful Entrotec offers a comprehensive manufacturer's commissioning service. Our commissioning agents are highly trained on all our products and have many years experience of security system installation.
Connection Only
Our commissioning agents will inspect your site and, once happy that installation instructions have been met, will terminate, connect and fully test the system. A commissioning certificate will be provided and you will then take over the Client's defect period.
Full Commissioning
As above, but we will provide you with a 1 Year on-site defect rectification period.
