Pre Site Visits & Consultancy
Security technology may appear similar, systems may look much the same and in essence most access systems work in the same way. The difference between a successful security measure and a troublesome system lies in the application of the technology, the design of the system and in the quality of the technical and support services you receive, and this is where the variables occur in most security systems.
An Entrotec representative can also advise the installer of the cabling and commissioning requirements. Siting of equipment recommendations can be discussed and cabling schematic and drawings can be provided.

Quotations
Entrotec have a dedicated computer package that we use to provide all quotations. Based on our discussions with you to determine what equipement is required we then build the quotation. The quotation shows an exact breakdown of parts required and instructions to our production area. This quotation is then broken down into different groupings and sub totals. We can also provide the quotes electronically.
Manufacturers Commissioning
Entrotec undertake to maintain the door entry system for one year against Manufacturer's defects.
When the site(s) have been fully tested and commissioned, we will prepare a commissioning certificate for you. These will be posted to you advising you of the end of warranty period.
Do you require a Pre-Installation site visit?
Entrotec will make representation available on request for a pre site inspection prior to any installation work starting. The Entrotec engineer will advise the installer of the cabling and commissioning requirements. Siting of equipment recommendations can be discussed and cabling schematic and drawings can be provided.
